Corporate catering with a mobile pizza oven
In short
Barry Pizza serves corporate events in Wrocław and across Poland: we arrive with our own oven, set up in 30 minutes and bake in front of your guests. We take on events of up to 300 guests at short notice, and larger ones need a little more time for us to organise. We invoice with VAT against a contract, and offers go out within 24 business hours.

You get an offer covering scope, oven count, service duration and price. No hidden lines.
- 03

We sign, you pay the deposit. Only then is the date yours; until that point it stays open.

For the organiser and procurement
The four things you ask about before you ask about price.
VAT invoice
We issue a VAT invoice. Catering for a company event is a business cost, not something the organiser fronts personally.
Written contract
Scope, date, guest count and price are in the contract. Nothing is agreed by email or phone alone.
Quote with no hidden lines
The offer shows everything: crew, ingredients, travel and any add-ons. Nothing appears afterwards.
One point of contact
From enquiry to packing up you deal with one person. No handoffs between departments.
The scale we can cover
We are not going to say we will adapt. Here are the numbers you can budget against.
- 2 + 4
- ovens: electric + gas
- 40-50
- pizzas per hour, per crew
- up to 300
- guests at short notice
- 3
- crews in parallel
Budget half a pizza per guest. At 200 people that is 100 pizzas, roughly two and a half hours for one crew running two ovens.
| Guests | Pizzas | Crews | Service time |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60 guests | about 30 | 1 | about 1 h |
| 150 guests | about 75 | 1 | 1.5 to 2 h |
| 300 guests | about 150 | 2 | 1.5 to 2 hor a single crew over a longer service |
Indicative. We budget half a pizza per guest, and a crew running two ovens serves 40 to 50 pizzas an hour. Real timings move with the menu, the layout and how guests arrive at the station.
Over 800 people in a single day. European Lacrosse Championships, Wrocław, July 2025. A full day served in waves, with more than one crew on site.

What you actually get
Our sourdough proofs for 48 hours, which is why we need three days notice. Pizza reaches the guest straight from the oven, not from a tray that has been warming for an hour. Oven, crew, ingredients and clearing the station are on us.
Nothing Italian is foreign to us: finger food, pasta, desserts, drinks. We can arrange it all.
Vegetarian options are part of every menu. Flag any other dietary needs in the notes field and we will adapt.
