We run company Christmas gatherings in Wrocław and the surrounding area without anyone renting a venue: we bring a mobile oven to your office car park, or come inside and bake in front of the team. The electric ovens work indoors, so December weather is beside the point. We take on events of up to 300 guests at short notice, and the evening can be combined with a workshop in batches of up to 20.

Renting a venue for a company Christmas dinner means a cost, a booking made months out, and an evening in a place nobody picked. Our oven comes to where the team already is: the car park, the warehouse, the meeting room. Pizza leaves the oven in front of people, so the evening has something to organise itself around.
How we do it
We bake where you work
Outside the office, in the car park, in a warehouse or a function room. Twin-chamber electric ovens work indoors; the gas ones stay outside.
December outdoors works too
The station can go under a marquee. If you would rather be inside, we come in with electric ovens and need nothing but power.
Catering, or catering plus a workshop
Option one: we serve. Option two: the team makes the pizza, in batches of up to 20, and then eats it.
Vegetarian in every menu
Vegetarian options are standard. Flag any other dietary needs in the enquiry and we will adapt the menu.

Common questions
When do December dates need booking?
December dates go from October and fill quickly, because in season we run several crews. Formally three days notice is enough, but in December that is not realistic. The earlier you ask, the more dates are open.
Can you do a company Christmas dinner inside the office?
Yes. Twin-chamber electric ovens work indoors. We need power and a few square metres of level floor. Setup takes 30 minutes.
How much pizza per person for a Christmas dinner?
Half a pizza per guest. For 60 people that is 30 pizzas, under an hour for a crew with two ovens.
Do we get a VAT invoice?
Yes. We invoice with VAT against a written contract, and a deposit secures the date.
Is this instead of renting a venue, or as well?
Usually instead: you pay for no venue and move nobody. Sometimes as well, if the room is already booked and you want live food rather than a buffet.
