Mobile-oven pizza at your wedding
In short
Barry Pizza serves pizza baked live at weddings and day-after parties in Wrocław and the surrounding area, most often as the late-evening course instead of a traditional hot supper. We arrive with our own oven, set up in 30 minutes and bake for as long as the party runs. Dates need at least 3 days notice, because our sourdough proofs for 48 hours.
Once the cake is gone and guests head back to the dance floor, hot pizza from the fire is a sure hit. We bake live, so nobody waits for a cold tray.
