Terms of service

These terms govern mobile pizza catering provided by Barry sp. z o.o., ul. Szewska 61-62 lok. 2B, 50-139 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID 8971969280. Contact: kontakt@barrypizza.pl, +48 603 777 742.

1. General

The provider is Barry sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Szewska 61-62 lok. 2B, 50-139 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID 8971969280. These terms cover mobile pizza catering and pizza making workshops ordered through barrypizza.pl, by phone on +48 603 777 742 or by email at kontakt@barrypizza.pl. Clients may be consumers or businesses.

2. Scope of service

We provide mobile catering: we arrive with our own oven, set up a station and bake pizza on site. We also run pizza making workshops in batches of up to 20 participants. The scope of each booking, including oven count, service duration and menu, is agreed individually and confirmed in the offer and the contract.

3. Enquiries, offers and securing a date

You can enquire through the quote form, by phone or by email. Business clients receive an offer within 24 business hours. We need at least three days before the event, because our sourdough proofs for 48 hours. A date is only secured once the offer is accepted, a contract is concluded in written or documentary form, and the deposit set out in the contract is paid. Until then the date remains open to others.

4. Prices and payment

We do not publish prices, because every booking is quoted individually. Any indicative figures on the site are entry thresholds, not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Only the price stated in the offer and contract is binding. We settle by VAT invoice. The deposit counts toward the fee, and the balance is due on the date set out in the contract.

5. On-site requirements

The client provides space for the station on stable, level ground, access for the crew and, depending on what was agreed, access to power and water. Setting up takes about 30 minutes before service begins. Electric ovens can operate indoors. For outdoor events the client provides cover for the station or accepts the weather risk, unless the contract says otherwise. The client is responsible for obtaining any permissions required by the site or venue manager.

6. Changing or cancelling a booking

Tell us about a date change as early as you can and we will accommodate it subject to availability. Deposit refund rules on cancellation are set out in the contract. A consumer who contracted at a distance acknowledges that under art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act there is no right of withdrawal for catering services supplied on a specified date or during a specified period.

7. Diets, allergens and food safety

Vegetarian options are available in every menu. Tell us about any other dietary needs when you enquire, or at the latest when the menu is agreed, so we can account for them. Allergen information is provided on request before the event. We do not produce in an allergen free environment, so traces of allergens cannot be excluded.

8. Complaints and final provisions

Send complaints by email to kontakt@barrypizza.pl or in writing to ul. Szewska 61-62 lok. 2B, 50-139 Wrocław. We will respond within 14 days of receipt. Consumers may use out of court complaint procedures, including the European Commission ODR platform. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. We may amend these terms for valid reasons; contracts concluded before an amendment remain governed by the previous version.
