1. Controller
The controller of your personal data is Barry sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Szewska 61-62 lok. 2B, 50-139 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID 8971969280. For any data matter write to kontakt@barrypizza.pl or call +48 603 777 742. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to.
2. What we collect
From the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, company details including tax ID if you provide them, and event details, meaning event type, date, start time, guest count, venue, budget and notes, including dietary information. Automatically: IP address, browser type and usage data, but only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry and preparing an offer: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before entering a contract. Performing the contract and delivering the service: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Issuing invoices and keeping accounting records: art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, a legal obligation. Analytics and marketing: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Establishing and defending claims: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest. Dietary and allergy information may constitute health data; we process it solely on your explicit consent, given by entering it in the form, and only to adapt the menu.
4. Who we share data with
We use external providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase for the enquiry and portfolio database, Resend for sending email, Vercel for hosting, Google for Analytics and Ads strictly after your consent, and Meta Platforms for the Pixel and Conversions API strictly after your consent. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area; where that happens, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We also share data with our accountants and, where necessary, with legal counsel.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: 12 months from the last contact. Data tied to a signed contract: for the duration of the engagement and then for the limitation period for claims. Accounting records: five years from the end of the tax year, as tax law requires. Data processed on consent: until you withdraw it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent to cookies and marketing at any time, and withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. To exercise any of this, write to kontakt@barrypizza.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
7. Is providing data mandatory
Providing data is voluntary, but without your contact details and event specifics we cannot prepare a quote or deliver the service. We do not make decisions by solely automated means and we do not profile you in a way that produces legal effects.
8. Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies always run, because the site does not work without them: they carry the enquiry form, remember your language and store your consent decision. Analytics and marketing cookies only start after your explicit consent given in the consent panel. Until then we apply Google Consent Mode v2 with everything denied, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded at all. You can change your decision at any time through the "Manage consent" link in the footer. We record when consent was given and which version of this policy it was given against.
